General Questions
Which credit card company do you use when ordering?
You can use the card company currently used in your store, or you can use the credit card processing company provided by card payment system.
Is there a contract term that must be used for a certain period of time?
No. If you submit a closure request via email at least 30 days in advance, your account will be canceled without any cost.
If I apply to create an online ordering website, how long does it take to create it?
All work can be completed within 2 weeks as long as the customer provides the item and the necessary clear information in a timely manner.
What do I do if I need to change the price or add an item after production?
You can do this yourself in the backoffice provided by us, or if you provide the information you need to update by email, we will update it for free within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Who provides the images or photos of the items you sell?
We does not provide photos or images of items for sale. We can assist in uploading photos/images provided by customers. However, the provider is responsible for illegally downloaded photos or images.
